First Visit: Welcome to Our Office
To insure your first visit with us is a pleasant one, here are the procedures you can expect:

Before you first appointment, you will be asked to complete a Health History Profile and either fax it in beforehand or bring it in to your first appointment. During your initial visit, we will:

• Review your health history profile. This will allow us to gather important information about your health history, as well as your goals for coming to the The Healing Loft.

• Perform a Digital Computerized Postural Analysis.

• Conduct a Surface EMG Scan. This machine allows us to see which nerves and muscles are not in balance.

• A complete Network Evaluation and Examination will be performed and following the exam, you will receive your first gentle Network Spinal Analysis entrainment. Your response is actually part of the examination.

Next we will schedule your second appointment with us in order to review the findings of your examination.

Second Visit: Report of Findings
During your Report of Findings, the doctor will explain the results of your examinations, we will tell you:

• What we have found going on neurologically, biomechanically and
physiologically with your body.
• How we can help you.
• How long it will take to reach your health goals.
• How often we would want to see you.
• How much your care will cost.

By the end of the second visit, it is our intention that you have all the information you will need to make an educated choice about beginning care with us
