Our Friends and Family Referral Special is $199
(regularly $299) for your first two visits.
New Fees Effective November 1, 2007
First Visit will consist of:
• Reviewing your health history.
• Complete Consultation
• Digital Computerized Postural Analysis.
• Surface EMG Scan. (Nerve/Muscle Scan)
• A complete Network Evaluation and Examination
• Your first hands on gentle Network Spinal Analysis entrainment.
Second Visit will consist of your Report of Findings and the doctor will
explain:
• The results of your examinations
• What we have found going on neurologically, structurally and physiologically.
• How we can help you.
• How long it will take to reach your health goals.
• How often we want to see you.
• How much your care will cost.
By the end of the second visit, it is our intention that you have all the information you will need to make an educated choice about beginning care with us.
